Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world.

Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity. The Kuiper Commercial Revenue Operations (CRO) team is responsible for business strategy, customer experience, product management and system development for Kuiper’s enterprise solutions.

As a Salesforce Admin, you will be responsible for the seamless day-to-day administration and optimization of our Salesforce platform. This will include configuring and customizing CRM, CPQ and Field Service to meet the evolving needs of our sales, marketing and operations teams. You will manage user access, security, and permissions, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Additionally, you will develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and workflows to provide stakeholders with valuable insights and automate key business processes. Collaborating closely with our cross-functional teams, you will identify opportunities to enhance the Salesforce ecosystem, implement new features and integrations, and provide training and support to end-users. You will also be responsible for configuring devops processes and environments. Ultimately, your role will be pivotal in driving the adoption and utilization of Salesforce, empowering our organization to achieve its ambitious growth objectives

Key job responsibilities
- Develop and analyze complex Salesforce business processes, including data management, omni-studio UI and lighting flows.
- Design, develop and deploy solutions, including the application and custom objects and fields, lightning flows etc.
- Perform periodic and ad-hoc testing to ensure data accuracy and integrity in Salesforce.
- Troubleshoot issues that arise with Salesforce applications and configurations.
- Manage stakeholder and customer expectation for both technical and operational support.
- Perform release management for Salesforce.
- Monitor performance trends and recommend solutions.
- Maintain documentation, define best practices and communications
- Provide subject matter expertise on Salesforce platform, processes and solutions.
- Manage devops process and environments


Export Control Requirement:

Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Technical Skills:
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform and its functionalities.
- Familiarity with Salesforce configuration and customization tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve problems.
Experience:
- 3+ years experience on Service Cloud, Sales cloud, Experience cloud
- Experience in data management, user support, or business process analysis
- Knowledge and experience of deploying solutions using deployment technologies such as SFDX, Copado and Gearset
- Familiarity with source control systems such as Git
- Salesforce Advanced Administrator/Administrator certification

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $94,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $207,900/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
