The AWS Center for Quantum Computing is a multi-disciplinary team of scientists, engineers, and technicians, who are working to develop a universal fault-tolerant quantum computer.

Key job responsibilities
Budgets:
- This role will partner with AWS finance and our internal business development team to validate and produce accurate and timely forecasts and budgets. (reporting)
- This role will support the annual budget planning roll-out. (planning)
Policy & Operational Program Management:
- In collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, our senior program manager will identify and fill gaps in our non-tech operational policies. This will include the compilation, upkeep and dissemination of these polices through employee onboarding, annual training sessions, etc.
- Arrange for, or lead, the training and rollout of new policies and technical tooling launches.
Organizational planning :
- Develop and maintain an internal process for CQC employee onboarding/offboarding.
- Lead workforce planning, which includes translating technical road maps into actionable hiring plans.
- Working with both recruiting and HR, act on behalf of hiring managers, to streamline our recruitment process.
- Drive cross-institute planning for bi-annual talent reviews, and support the development of performance rubrics for organizational review cycles.
- Coordinate space planning (non-lab environments), by working with our facilities and operations teams.
Reporting:
- Collaborate with leaders on executive-facing documentations and reviews as needed (OP1/OP2).
- Lead or facilitate the planning and execution of internal all-hands meetings, and support the planning of technical retreats and events.
