Manages the retrieval, filing, and maintenance activities of medical records. Maintains supplies, forms, and other inventory. Works with vendors to place orders and resolve discrepancies. Receives, distributes and sends mail and faxes. Makes or coordinates deliveries and pick-ups. Receives, appropriately responds, and documents patient inquiries. Generates communication to patients and others. May perform other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Zero (0) to two (2) years' experience in a relevant role.
