Being a TTEC Customer Service Representative will place you in an exciting fast-paced career, where you can go as far as your ambitions can take you. As a customer advocate, you will handle concerns and inquiries regarding product experiences with courtesy and professionalism.
Do you have the following?
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree preferred High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 6 months’ customer service experience
- Experience in dermatology/plastic surgery is a plus
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to adjust to a rapidly changing environment
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
