KPMG is currently seeking a HR Project Manager, to join our Human Resources Organization.


  • Project manage cross department HR initiatives involving system and process evaluations, process improvement, and technology improvement for HR Processes and systems
  • Collaborate with project managers as well as well as with, HR Technology team members, and business owners
  • Manage monthly leadership Service level agreements, Key Performance Indicators dashboard reporting and analysis, identifying trends and areas of concern, and any adhoc reporting
  • Assemble the HR project team, assign roles, prioritize tasks, approve and prepare test scripts, analyze results, test any changes, decide on appropriate solution, and communicate results to necessary parties
  • Work with functional owners on recommended process or technology changes, including but not limited to, centralization or offshoring of processes
  • Work with HR leadership on Change Management and Communications


  • Five years of experience in managing an HRMS database in a functional role, HR Generalist role or HR services center role
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or other related fields
  • Previous experience with multiple HR systems such workflow management, performance management, document management, and HRMS
  • Qualitative and quantitative measurement reporting and analysis with experience in providing KPI/SLA reporting
  • Experience in HR Shared Services and/or Services Centers, Offshoring or Outsourcing is preferred
