Job Description: As a Marketing Intern at AbilityLinks, you will work closely with our team to support various marketing initiatives. Your role will involve a combination of hands-on tasks and strategic projects. This internship is designed to provide you with exposure to different facets of marketing, allowing you to develop and refine your skills in a real-world setting.

 

Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Assist in managing and updating the company's social media profiles.
  • Create and schedule social media posts to engage with our audience.
  • Monitor social media engagement and report on key metrics.

Content Creation:

  • Collaborate on creating marketing content such as blog posts, infographics, and videos.
  • Assist in proofreading and editing marketing materials for accuracy and consistency.

Research:

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitors, and target demographics.
  • Assist in gathering data and insights for marketing campaigns.

Email Marketing:

  • Support the marketing team in email marketing campaigns, including list management and content creation.
  • Help with A/B testing and optimization of email campaigns.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize analytics tools to track the performance of marketing campaigns.
  • Compile data and assist in preparing reports for management.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and basic graphic design tools.
  • Basic understanding of marketing principles.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a willingness to take on new challenges.
