Provides throughput guidance, leadership, support and coaching to the organization. Responsibilities include: Day-to-day Real-Time Demand Capacity (RTDC) leader, facilitating the daily bed meetings and coordinating efforts to address leading drivers of delayed discharge. Owner of throughput analysis and reporting, monitoring performance regularly to provide reports to departmental managers; and collaborating on efforts to deploy useful throughput dashboards for operational leaders. Support LFH operational managers and directors in throughput improvement efforts. AA/EOE. Required: Bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations / management. Patient throughput-related project and team management experience. Proven leadership, facilitation and change management skills. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to plan, organize, and direct the activities of others. Proven analytical skills in the areas database manipulations and statistical analysis. High level of energy and enthusiasm. Flexible/adaptable - ability to work with diverse group of healthcare professionals in a matrix environment. Effective problem solving and multi-tasking skills. Proven software competencies (Excel, Power Point). Preferred: Master's degree (e.g. MBA, MHA, MEM). Familiarity with Epic (Electronic Health Record).
