Description

Senior Systems Engineers for Chicago, IL location. Provide technical guidance and support for computing systems and systems integration across server/distributed system environment. Design, implement, and admin messaging and collaboration platforms. Conduct analyzes, recommend and present performance and capacity analysis to assure systems reliability. Use diagnostic skills to coordinate problem determination and solution. Determines strategy and supports system to network connectivity and interfacing reviews technology projects, analyzes business requirements, recommends system changes and write technical specifications. Manages multiple domains, hybrid messaging and collaboration systems, multiple versions of Exchange server, migration to Exchange Online. Implement SSO with MFA & conditional access policies. Technical Environment: Office365(admin and troubleshoot), Active Directory, AD Federation Services, Azure AD, & AD Connect; managing, PowerShell, Cisco IronPort, MDM, Systrack.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field plus 7 years of progressive experience in the job offered or in System Administration/Engineering required. Requires 7 years with: Messaging & collaboration platform administration (include design and implement); Admin & troubleshoot of Office365, Azure AD & ADConnect; AD FS; multi domain management; managing hybrid messaging and collaboration systems; managing multiple versions of Exchange server. Experience must include: implement SSO with MFA & conditional access policies; migration to Exchange Online. Requires rotating 24 hour on call availability. Background check and drug test required.
