Job Description

Senior Architect for Chicago, IL location. Provide facilitation, analysis, design, and execution of solution architecture for an architectural domain and ensure it is leveraged. Define principles to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Define models, including solution patterns, to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Create, document, and communicate the integration approach of all the components of the architecture. Analyze enterprise business context (trends and business strategy), as well as change requirements in other enterprise architecture viewpoints, to derive the enterprise solution architecture change requirements to guide solution decisions for the enterprise. Perform relational and dimensional modeling, healthcare analytics and BI development and enterprise architecture. Develop road maps and perform design review. Lead and mentor other architects. Technical environment: SQL Server (develop, design, support), OLTP, OLAP, DSS, Tableau, Crystal Reports, SSRS, SSIS, SDLC (including structured programming), Web Services, SQL queries, Stored Procedures, relational and dimensional modeling.

Required Skills:

*Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Statistics plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or in business intelligence required. Required Skills: 3 years with: BI development in OLTP, OLAP & DSS; SQL queries; develop, design and support SQL Server; Tableau; SSIS; SSRS; SDLC with structured programming; healthcare analytics; stored procedures; web services; relational and dimensional data modeling. Background check and drug test required. (*Bachelor's degree in any Engineering field plus 5 years of progressive experience in the job offered or in Business Intelligence also acceptable.)
