Employers and The ADA: Myths and Facts


As the 20th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act approaches this July, I thought it would be a good time to share some useful information about the employment provisions of the law and common myths and facts.


 


Myth: The ADA forces employers to hire unqualified individuals with disabilities.
