About The Opportunity: McManimon, Scotland & Baumann, LLC is seeking a full-time Human Resources Assistant to support the Director of Personnel in our Roseland Office. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, have a strong work ethic and possess a desire to be part of a team. Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR department and administrative tasks.
Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and coordinating logistics.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee data.
Help coordinate employee events, trainings and luncheons.
Review and process PTO requests and coordinate coverage for attorneys.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding.
Assist with benefit enrollments.
Photocopying, data entry, and other administrative duties, as assigned.

Salary Range: $53-$68k annually depending on experience and qualifications.
