This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated, multi-layered transactions throughout New Jersey and beyond. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience with complex commercial real estate transactions for development projects, public and private financings, including tax-exempt bond financing, state and local government lending programs and incentives, federal and state tax credit programs, including New Markets Tax Credits, Historic Tax Credits, Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, and related corporate structuring.
