Job Description
Easterseals PORT Health is seeking a dynamic, people-oriented Program Supervisor to lead the Transition to Employment (TTE) program. This role involves overseeing the program’s daily activities, ensuring best practices are followed, and directly engaging with individuals and families to achieve personalized outcomes. The supervisor will also plan, facilitate, and evaluate TTE activities, work with a team to develop Person-Centered Plans, and support staff recruitment and supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and implement all TTE activities, with approval from the Innovative Program Director.
- Evaluate and improve programming based on participant needs and emerging therapeutic practices.
- Recruit and supervise program participants and staff.
- Collaborate with other team members in developing Person-Centered Plans for clients.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a program setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., recreation, special education, human services) preferred.
- At least 3 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and mental health conditions (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination or exemption.
