Prime Video is seeking a Media Operations Manager to establish process and steward the development and execution of programs for the marketing team, including portfolio planning, media analytics, and media partnerships. This candidate will be responsible for defining project scope, developing workbacks, conducting cross functional intake and keeping all parties on task to meet deadlines. Example projects include, but are not limited to, monthly/quarterly marketing business reviews, marketing plan of record, and budget/investment tracking. A strong candidate applies rigor and builds structure to our processes, looking around corners to find solutions that improve team effectiveness and efficiency. They also will have a strong understanding of media operations from either client-side or media agencies. They will be fluent in media and ad operations process improvements and flows.
Key job responsibilities
- Steward program management for marketing programs, working cross-functionally with business strategy and marketing stakeholders for timely delivery
- Manage data inputs for measurement and analytical tools, as well as financial reporting and budget tracking
- Aid in recurring data pulls to support business and marketing insights mechanisms
- Partner with the Prime Video operations team and media agency to streamline and improve tooling pain points
- Analyze, evaluate, and overcome project risks, and produce reports for managers and stakeholders
