We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead Business Operations activities for the Electronic Supply Chain organization. In this role, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage team business operations, and help shape the future of the electronic supply chain team. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure successful program execution while maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
Key job responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex supply chain management programs across multiple stakeholders and geographies
- Develop and maintain program roadmaps, timelines, and delivery schedules
- Drive operational excellence initiatives within the electronic supply chain organization
- Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and internal teams to ensure program success
- Identify and mitigate schedule risks through critical path analysis and develop contingency plans
- Track and report program milestones and metrics through structured business reviews with leadership
- Facilitate decision-making processes across multiple stakeholder groups
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the supply chain
