As a Social Media Marketing Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping our brand and show voice and growing our audience across social and digital platforms. You'll lead the ideation and execution of innovative social media campaigns, collaborating with a talented team of marketers, creatives, and content producers.
Your day-to-day will involve:
- Brainstorming innovative social media concepts that resonate with our diverse listener base
- Overseeing the production and distribution of engaging social content across multiple channels
- Analyzing campaign performance and iterating on strategies to continually improve results
- Partnering with platform representatives to leverage the latest features and best practices
- Community building and management
- Presenting performance reports and recommendations to leadership

- Stay at the forefront of social media trends, continuously adapting our approach to maximize engagement
- Analyze and report on social channel performance, providing actionable insights to optimize campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Analytics, Legal, and Content teams to ensure alignment and compliance
