Amazon is looking for a Sr. HR Business Partner to support Amazon Fulfillment Technologies (AFT). This is a unique opportunity to work in lockstep with teams who invent and deliver software, hardware and data science solutions for our Amazon fulfillment centers worldwide. These solutions orchestrate processes, robots, and machines, and harmonize the physical and remote world.
The Sr. HR Business Partner in this role will coach business clients, design and deliver talent solutions to business problems, and advise executive leaders on business and organizational design strategies.
To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You’ll help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and talent development. You will drive strategic initiatives related to organizational design and effectiveness, culture, inclusion, and other opportunities that you uncover. You will support and develop senior management to be effective Amazon leaders and culture champions.
Key job responsibilities
The role is both a strategic and hands on role including improving organizational effectiveness & design, leading change management, providing leadership coaching and driving HR functional excellence. Successful candidates will also demonstrate:
