We're seeking a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager to lead Zappos' social media strategy implementation and execution. This role will oversee Zappos' social presence across all platforms, develop engaging content strategies, and drive measurable business results through social channels. The ideal candidate will combine creative storytelling with analytical thinking to build meaningful connections with our community while driving commercial success.

* Lead development of the Zappos social media strategy, and manage execution of the strategy across all platforms.
* Develop content generation mechanisms that support the Zappos social media strategy, and generate relevant content that inspires our customers.
* Manage relationships with social platform partners (e.g. Meta, TikTok), and content partners.
* Create and oversee content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns and business goals
* Drive social commerce initiatives and optimize social selling opportunities
* Analyze social media metrics and provide actionable insights to leadership
* Oversee social media budget and resource allocation
* Collaborate with brand, marketing, creative and customer service teams
* Pioneer innovative social media campaigns that showcase Zappos' unique brand
