The Amazon Devices and Service Finance organization is expanding our technology team, and we are looking for a Program Manager with expertise gathering requirements for financial planning and reporting systems, creating and maintaining technical plans and diving into the technical details to understand the nuances and complexities involved.
We are looking for a customer-obsessed Program Manager to lead finance planning automation program and various financial systems initiatives. As a PM, you will play an integral role in ensuring the systems are accurate and support the right financial and business analysis for the global finance organization. You will support and enable the development and automation of complex planning, reporting and analysis that delivers the right information to multiple layers of the finance organization.
This position requires a proactive, highly motivated individual with an aptitude for critical thinking, process improvement, and who can assist in strategic system development. You will be expected to take ownership and drive positive change. The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity, is analytical, detail oriented and possesses the ability to work well with cross-functional teams.
Amazon needs individuals that bring the corporate finance experience AND the entrepreneurial aptitude to accelerate decision making and management of the business. Also needed is the intellectual capacity to produce innovative ideas/analysis and the willingness to do the heavy lifting to implement those decisions.
