Within this group the Language Experience, Localization and Insights (LELI) team plays a key role in supporting these customers by driving the development of high-quality, user-centered localized content. We set the tone for the global business by creating great content across 30+ languages.
Key responsibilities:
As a sr. Program Manager for Localization Content Readiness for Seller Central and Vendor Central, you will collaborate closely with tech, business, and legal partner teams, as well as our global content team, to develop high-quality, customer-facing content in English and multiple non-English languages. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and optimizing processes, driving cross-organizational alignment on new initiatives, and managing escalations to ensure smooth and effective localization efforts. Your work will be central to delivering impactful content that meets the needs of a diverse, global audience.

• Partner with localization stakeholders and regions to evolve the workflow and processes to be efficient and scalable.
• Ensure a consistent global experience through application and ongoing iteration of our localization strategies.
• Contribute to development of localization standards, systems, and best practices.
• Partner with technology teams to drive improvements to existing tools or develop use cases for new technological solutions.
