This position will be integral to our team, driving standardization and building related products and programs. This role will be tasked with building mechanisms, policies, and procedures that outline how we deliver support to Amazonians when unforeseen events take place.
A day in the life
As a Program Manager in Dynamic HR, you'll focus on delivering critical support services for Amazonians during unexpected events and disasters. Your day involves building and scaling global support mechanisms while collaborating with Tech, Finance, Tax, Legal, and Payroll teams. You'll dive deep into complex problems, monitor ongoing initiatives, and provide updates to senior leadership. Success requires strong project management skills, proactive communication, and the ability to navigate ambiguity. You'll spend time identifying process improvements, standardizing global operations, and innovating new solutions. Your curiosity and customer-centric approach will help deliver best-in-class services for Amazonians worldwide.
