We are seeking a Finance Manager to join Amazon's Prime Air drone delivery business, an innovative service for ultra-fast delivery. In this role, you will serve as the primary financial business partner to our Engineering, Science & Product teams. You will lead critical financial planning initiatives, including three-year forecasting analysis, while delivering strategic insights to senior leadership. Key job responsibilities
- Providing primary business partnership to Engineering, Science & Technology (ES&T) organization, including budgeting, headcount planning, and strategic financial guidance.
- Leading planning initiatives through development of financial models, strategic analysis, and data-driven insights to support senior leadership decision-making.
- Supporting month-end close activities, controllership requirements, and financial planning cycles.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance financial reporting efficiency.
- Developing and refining financial models in creating solutions that scale.
- Executing ad-hoc analysis and providing thoughtful business insights.
