What You’ll Do
The Behavior Technician (BT) supports individuals at the Adult Crisis Therapeutic Home who have co-occurring disabilities and/or behavioral health needs. Depending on your BT level, responsibilities may include facilitating daily programs and rehabilitative activities, providing therapeutic interventions, and assisting with personal care. As a member of the REACH team, you will work closely with participants' primary care providers, community crisis services, and families to ensure comprehensive support for those referred to the home.

- CPR / First Aid.

What We’re Looking For
To join our team as a Behavior Technician (BT) II you must have experience working with IDD/Behavioral Health (BH) disorders. We also require the following:
- Minimum education levels with BH experience:
- BT 2: Bachelor’s degree in Human Service field of study, or QMHP (trainee), or qualify for QMHP.
- Maintain valid state-appropriate driver’s license and auto insurance for personal and agency vehicles utilized for work.
