We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager focused on the Healthcare Industry. The territory has a mix of Healthcare Providers and Health Technology customers. The ideal candidate has sales experience driving customer outcomes and achieving quota. They should be a self-starter who is prepared to develop and execute against an account coverage plan and navigate complex customer politics and processes. The ideal candidate will possess both a sales and strong technical background that enables them to drive engagement at the CXO level as well as with software developers, IT architects, and other customer executives. This Account Executive will have strong analytical skills and demonstrate with strong communication and presentation skills. Finally, the candidate will have experience quarterbacking a wide team of builders, specialists and executives from AWS and strategic partners.
AWS Account Executive will provide sales and support for 5 Healthcare Customers based in the upper midwest. The team is composed of 6 sellers across the US, all focused on healthcare providers and health technology companies. We are currently seeking 10+ years of sales experience
Key job responsibilities
• Drive adoption across 5 accounts to meet or exceed revenue and goal targets.
• Develop and execute against a strategic account plans that leads to executive and builder alignment in target accounts.
• Manage customer relationships at the C-Suite down to Builder level effectively.
• Work backwards from line of business need into technology requirements and prototypes.
• Create and articulate compelling value propositions around AWS.
• Accelerate customer adoption through education and enablement
• Work with partners (both SIs and ISVs) to Cosell solutions that fit customer needs.
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Communication with executives, empowering builders, and quarterbacking internal and external resources are critical tasks for this role. You will also have to manage pipeline and forecast revenue on a weekly basis.
• Prioritize and plan customer facing activities. Inspire builders with your technical teams. Think big around customer outcomes, and stay connected to the detail of blockers.
