AWS Hardware Engineering is looking for a senior leader to deliver development, implementation, and reliability for our core hardware components offerings in AWS. In this role, you will lead your team to deliver novel hardware designs from inception, through manufacturing, implementation, maturation, and eventually deprecation. You will be responsible for planning ahead to avoid hardware defects, and driving any problems to zero. You will organization a team of skilled hardware and software engineers, and managers to partner with our silicon suppliers, ODMs, and internal customers. In this role, you will define implementation strategy and report status frequently to senior leadership. Your work will directly enable AWS to launch our next generation server designs.
