AWS Neuron is looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Product Management team and drive initiatives that enable customers to innovate with AWS ML accelerators. You will work closely with Product Managers, Engineering, and other stakeholders. AWS Neuron is the software stack for Trainium and Inferentia, the AWS Machine Learning chips, delivering best-in-class ML performance in the cloud. You will implement mechanisms to support roadmap development, tracking, and sharing, drive product lifecycle management and validate customer success and product strategy. You will lead key technical programs including developer experience improvements, software development lifecycle initiatives, and cross-team technical initiatives. Additionally, you will establish programs and mechanisms for measuring product success, implementing and tracking key metrics that inform strategic decisions. You will also lead programs to systematically collect and analyze feedback from internal and external customers to enable data-driven program decisions.
The ideal TPM candidate will be an experienced program manager with a hands-on approach and software development background who excels at driving complex technical programs across distributed teams and multiple stakeholders. The successful candidate should have strong technical acumen, demonstrated success in delivering large-scale technical initiatives, and passion for customer experience. The candidate will have a data-driven approach to program management, using metrics and analysis to drive decisions and program success.

AWS Neuron is the software of Trainium and Inferentia, the AWS Machine Learning chips. Inferentia delivers best-in-class ML inference performance at the lowest cost in the cloud to our AWS customers. Trainium is designed to deliver the best-in-class ML training performance at the lowest training cost in the cloud, and it’s all being enabled by AWS Neuron. Neuron is a Software that include ML compiler and native integration into popular ML frameworks. Our products are being used at scale with external customers like Anthropic and Databricks as well as internal customers like Alexa, Amazon Bedrocks, Amazon Robotics, Amazon Ads, Amazon Rekognition and many more.
About AWS Utility Computing (UC):
AWS Utility Computing (UC) provides product innovations that continue to set AWS’s services and features apart in the industry. As a member of the UC organization, you’ll support the development and management of Compute, Database, Storage, Platform, and Productivity Apps services in AWS, including support for customers who require specialized security solutions for their cloud services. Additionally, this role may involve exposure to and experience with Amazon's growing suite of generative AI services and other cloud computing offerings across the AWS portfolio.
Key job responsibilities
* Support customer research programs to gather insights and validate product improvements
* Implement measurement frameworks and analytics systems for product success
* Create and maintain dashboards for customer research and feedback metrics
* Coordinate Early Access Programs and feature evaluation processes
* Support product lifecycle management across Neuron software stack
* Maintain knowledge management systems for sharing between Product Management and internal stakeholders
* Implement mechanisms to share roadmap with internal and external stakeholders
