You create content that is helpful and easy to find, and allows users to answer their own questions. You care as much about good writing as you do about measuring and delivering results, and you let your learnings evolve the way you approach your work.

The ideal candidate has extensive content experience to address user needs and effectively weigh competing priorities to deliver the most important content in a timely manner. They measure results and learn from their successes and failures. The Help Content Developer, will:
• Drive content projects for their entire lifecycle from planning through post-launch measurement
• Create highly effective support content in English for all marketplaces.
• Facilitate sign-off from Product, Legal, and Public Relations business partners.
• Code and publish content in all languages.
• Monitor Help metrics and make targeted improvements.
• Effectively manage several complex projects simultaneously, while meeting deadlines.
• Perform scheduled audits to ensure accuracy and completeness.

A day in the life
You'll write and develop help content that helps our users find answers to the questions they have. Being able to put yourself in the user's shoes, and understand their pain points, goals and journey is crucial. You need to think from the perspective of the business, and manage different stakeholders and priorities. You also need to have a data-driven mindset and enjoy analyzing and interpreting data. Connecting the dots between seemingly disparate things is a big part of content strategy. You will collaborate with stakeholders, present data and create content that has an engaging narrative and resonates with audience objectives.
