As a Sr. Strategic Supply Chain Manager you will own the supply planning and execution processes for enterprise customer deals, including reporting and decision-making on network tradeoffs.
Key job responsibilities
You will own deal and inventory operations for a fast-growing customer cohort at Amazon Business. You will refine weekly reporting and operating mechanisms to decrease defects, improve SLAs, and improve inputs metrics against targets.
You are comfortable leading cross-functionally and willing to grow into a managerial role to lead individual contributors and offshore support teams to execute operational processes and improve productivity.
A day in the life
You will partner with upstream counterparts from technical product development, pricing, selection, availability, legal, finance, and Retail teams to operationalize and maintain buying plans, create new tools/inform product requirements, and track associated metrics. Your goals will be to improve deal workflow SLAs and decrease stock outs for our enterprise customers.
