Santos is an organization based within the supply chain arm of Amazon and owns two products-- Buy with Prime (BWP) and Multi-channel fulfilment (MCF). We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives that directly support our mission of making every merchant wildly successful. The Enterprise Merchant Success Program Manager will work across our Account Management, Sales, Onboarding, Solutions Architecture, and Operations leaders to define and execute initiatives to grow, retain, and optimize enterprise level merchants using BwP and MCF. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Account Management and Supply Chain. They will have strong communication skills, excellent ability to deep drive, and a track record of delivering results across cross-functional teams. This role requires a strong bias for action, comfort with ambiguity, and ability to think big.
Key job responsibilities
• Build and maintain comprehensive program roadmaps in support of our organizational goals, identifying dependencies, risks, and mitigation strategies
• Oversee account ownership processes/SOPs between Sales and Account Management
• Improve processes for capturing merchant feedback, and effectively drive insights across our product and go-to-market teams
• Support goal and territory planning, including reporting and forecasting
• Lead cross-functional workstreams and influence without direct authority
• Develop and track program KPIs, providing regular updates to senior leadership
