The US Home and Lifestyle (H&L) organization is seeking a talented Finance Manager to join the team. This is an exciting opportunity to thought-partner with Category leaders and directly influence business growth and profitability within US Stores.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with a deep passion for controllership, business partnership and PnL stewardship. This is a great opportunity for some one looking to support a high-growth and highly profitable core product line, serve as the custodian of three PnLs in a high influence role and help drive complex business decisions. Additionally, this role provides high leadership visibility through SMEships and cross-functional partnership with operations to drive high impact business decisions.
Key job responsibilities
- Serve as Finance leader and closely engage with Category teams on growth and profitability
- Lead PnL reviews and present insights to senior business leaders through routine mechanisms as well as deep dives
- Influence business decisions through SME-ships, cross-collaboration with partner teams and insightful analysis, factoring in end-to-end impact to systems, and financial controls
- Serve as custodian of three PnLs, balancing growth and profitability where needed and providing business decision support for high-impact, high-velocity business areas
