Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
As a Systems Technical Program Manager (TPM) on the Kuiper Enterprise Service Delivery team, you will be at the forefront of revolutionizing satellite connectivity solutions. Your primary focus will be supporting proof of concepts, demonstrations, and technical trials, both at Executive Briefing Centers (EBCs) and directly at customer sites. Working closely with partners and system integrators, you'll help deploy and validate our LEO satellite solutions while providing best practices and resolving critical escalations. You'll be an integral part of a dynamic team that builds vertical solutions leveraging both the Kuiper connectivity platform and AWS solutions.
In this strategic role, you will serve as the voice of the customer, helping shape product and solution roadmaps. Your expertise will be crucial in developing comprehensive sales enablement materials, technical notes, and training programs that serve Kuiper internal teams, AWS, partners, and system integrators. Additionally, you'll be responsible for establishing system integration best practices, processes, and tools that ensure solution deployments are well-documented, automated, and capable of scaling to meet the needs of enterprise customers globally.
