Amazon is seeking a Sales Account Representative to join the K-12 sales team. In this role, the candidate will serve as the primary point of contact throughout the customer's entire sales journey, including sales calls, product demonstrations, pricing and order placement for book-related products. The position also maintains strong collaborative partnerships with Amazon Business Account Executives to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Responsibilities:
· Drive book program sales to K-12 schools in assigned states while prospecting new accounts
· Partner with Amazon Business to represent the company at conferences throughout the year
· Conduct business reviews and discovery with customers and prospects to align Amazon Books solutions with their requirements
· Maintain accurate account information and sales pipeline in Salesforce, including forecasting and activity prioritization to achieve quarterly quota goals
· Provide ongoing account management to develop and grow existing customer relationships
· Research and maintain current knowledge of competitive landscape and product offerings
· Demonstrate comprehensive understanding of Books Organization products, features, and functionalities
· Collaborate with internal partners to drive deal closure and business growth
· Gather and report Voice of Customer feedback to influence product roadmap development
· Balance core account responsibilities while managing additional projects when necessary
