We are seeking a talented program manager to partner with ASFS technical product managers and scientists, working on a broad range of science/econ products that span Forecasting, GenAI, Machine Learning, and Macroeconomic analysis. In this role, you will collaborate with multiple teams to drive adoption of science products/capabilities, improve operational excellence across the team, and lead change management/communication strategies. Key job responsibilities
In this new role, you will be responsible for leading our science program across advanced AI/ML products, and coordinating with stakeholder teams to increase impact. You will partner closely with Data/ML/Research Scientists, Economists, Finance, Accounting, Product, and Engineering teams. This is an opportunity to drive program leadership across science products and increase scale of delivery, adoption, and impact.
• Establish program structure spanning science products and capabilities
• Deliver complex projects across science capabilities and organizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders to craft and implement scalable solutions
• Drive program communication and adoption
• Develop and implement key KPI mechanisms, providing visibility into milestones and performance
• Communicate effectively with senior managers, business leaders, and stakeholders
• Foster collaboration with internal and external partners to optimize resource allocation and project success
• Evaluate and prioritize projects based on customer needs and science inputs
