This Account Executive role will join the Beauty team, which is part of Amazon Ads' Large Customer Sales CPG team. This role will work on strategic Beauty and Personal Care brands. They will be tasked with building deep and wide partnerships, with the objective to sell Amazon’s world-class technologies and solutions.
An ideal candidate has 10+ years in digital media as sales experience, with a proven track record of closing sales, capabilities leading executive conversations, and a demonstrated understanding of the digital media landscape. They will demonstrate proficiency in pre-sales efforts by aligning advertiser goals to Amazon Ads solutions and will be skilled in data-driven storyteller to articulate each step in the sales process from first outreach, to revenue commitment, and proving out value through extensive measurement. Experience working with Beauty and/or Personal Care brands a plus.
Effective January 2, 2025, the in-office expectation at Amazon is five days a week on days when you are not traveling.
Key job responsibilities
Deliver the highest level of sales and customer service to our brand media clients
Prospect, penetrate, and create new relationships with clients at all levels within the Beauty and Personal Care Brands
Drive deals to closure in a new business environment
Retain and grow revenue from existing advertisers
Understand Amazon's advertising opportunities and tools to help build relevant advertising solutions for advertisers
Utilize sales CRM tools to track all pertinent account information and sales progress as well as forecast and prioritize to achieve quarterly and annual quota goals
Understand and learn about the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offerings
