Amazon Go is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy and operations. This candidate will manage a team of two marketers and one marketing/creative operations program manager to build and execute marketing campaigns that drive traffic, frequency and retention for Amazon Go’s store portfolio. We are seeking a customer obsessed marketer who can deliver big ideas, has demonstrated successful campaign ownership, and can act as both visionary and executor.
The successful candidate for this role has experience establishing strategy and cross-channel marketing tactics to drive customer retention and frequency that has a proven ability to work cross-functionally, make data-driven decisions, and influence others. You are a self-starter and possess strong analytical skills and thrive working among a broad, diverse set of stakeholders. You leverage strong organizational and project management skills and have a track record of delivering quality work.
Key job responsibilities
* Lead team to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to target key customer segments
* Owns customer traffic-driving and engagement strategy, developing marketing and messaging strategy and audience segmentation
* Partners with category team to deliver annual marketing strategy to highlight priority categories, value, and seasonal/new items
* Identifies opportunities for 1P and 3P partnerships to accelerate growth
* Influences tech roadmap to elevate customer experience, including optimization of coupons experience and personalization
