As the AGI Info Program Manager, you will help us strive to be best-in-class at acquiring, creating, and ground-truthing all kinds of data, with the highest standards of privacy and trust, to power the best AI models on Earth.
In this position, you will oversee the end-to-end data annotation workflows and operations that fuel our models, insights, and analysis. This includes establishing quality control standards, optimizing labeling team SOPs, and tracking productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement. You'll also manage relationships with our service providers, monitoring performance, optimizing resource allocation, and leveraging synergies across vendor partnerships.
Coordinating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you'll spearhead project management for AGI Info data operations. This involves managing timelines and deliverables, mitigating risks, and driving process automation to boost efficiency. You'll also play a key role in quality assurance, developing protocols, implementing validation processes, and reporting on data quality metrics.
