The Selling Partner Communities (SPC) team is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Manager to lead our BA team and drive data-driven decision making across the organization. Our north star vision is to ensure every selling partner (SP) is satisfied with their experience selling in the Amazon store. We look holistically at the seller experience through the voice of the seller – both in conversations they have directly with Amazon, and each other, to identify opportunities to improve the SP experience.
In this role, you'll play a crucial part in translating complex seller feedback and data into actionable insights that drive improvements in the Amazon selling experience. The ideal candidate will combine strategic thinking with technical expertise to transform complex data into business insights that directly impact seller satisfaction and success.
