We’re looking for a Sr. Product Manager - Technical (PM-T) who will drive our efforts to help customers discover Amazon’s specialized shopping programs. This role will set and execute product direction for CXs across the website to drive discovery and education of relevant shopping programs at the right moments in the customer journey.
To succeed in this role, you need to be a self-starter who enjoys bringing clarity, simplicity, and direction to highly ambiguous challenges through iterative experimentation. You enjoy building partnerships and alignment with peers and senior leaders across VP orgs. You can take your deep understanding of customer needs and business needs to develop a customer-obsessed roadmap that helps shoppers complete their missions and discover new Amazon shopping programs. You have excellent product intuition and know how to balance a high bar for CX with speed of execution. Once a direction has been set, you execute with speed and rigor in designing experiments, working with tech, analyzing results, and iterating towards success, with the flexibility to as needed to better serve the overall vision.
You do all this in a collaborative environment with leadership, engineering, design, science, business intelligence, and your cross-Amazon partners.
