About Amazon Audio AI:
The long-term vision of Amazon Audio AI is to make audio experiences effortlessly engaging for all streaming audio customers. We need to understand why and when customers listen to different types of audio content (music, podcasts, audiobooks, live streams, etc.), and build our products to foresee and satisfy those needs. We need to transform our CX into a smart, emotionally intelligent (digital) agent helping customers find audio content using their own language – whether they are asking for a specific track or are willing to engage in a conversation. GenAI will play a key role in this transformation — by revolutionizing voice interactions, enabling sophisticated personalization, deepening fan experiences, and creating more intuitive customer journeys. This greenfield team incubates high-impact opportunities to innovate our CX with AI, to drive and deliver this transformation across our audio business. The team partners flexibly throughout the organization, incubates proof of concepts, and collaborates with partners in Alexa, AGI, AWS, Stores, and Entertainment. Areas of focus include Voice (Alexa+) and Visual product experiences (including personalization, recommendations, search, SLU, new GenAI-based features), Marketing (e.g., email, push), Social, and Productivity improvements – that have the highest potential impact from (Gen)AI, and cannot be easily solved by other techniques. As they incubate prototypes, the PE may rearchitect or optimize existing services, or design and build new (prototype) services.
