Operations Technology Solutions organization (OTS), with an unparalleled scope, is part of the Amazon’s WW Operations & Robotics team. We design, deploy and support IT infrastructure, devices and Services across Amazon’s Global Fulfillment Centers, Transportation (Middle Mile, Last Mile & Logistics), and Specialty Customer Solutions (Amazon Fresh, Prime Now, Lockers, Pantry, Campus, and Prime Air).
Our customers range from Amazon lockers to Amazon’s Air Hubs. OTS team is looking for a driven Program Manager to join our org. You will take the lead on our cross-vertical operating plan strategy and craft key business review documents (OP1, OP2, QBRs, MBRs). We need you to develop and manage our organization's metrics roadmap, pushing for ongoing improvements.
Your mission includes streamlining our metrics processes for greater efficiency. Above all, you will be responsible for delivering on our team's goals.

Key job responsibilities
- Understand significant business programs, establish comprehensive metrics to measure OTS program impact, and explain reasons behind business decisions
- Partner with internal business verticals to determine program progress and milestones using a metric and analytics approach
- Regularly review program metrics, proactively seek opportunities to drive mindful metrics improvements, and discuss with stakeholders across the organization to drive outcomes
- Write effective narratives on programs, program updates and reviews, and present them effectively to stakeholders, management, and leadership
- Effectively communicate complex analytical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior management and other stakeholders
- Drive cross-functional feedback mechanisms to conduct program and metric reviews with key partners and stakeholders across the organization
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operations
- This role may include 15% travel, domestic and international, dependent upon business need
