As Senior ATE Development Engineer in the Silicon & Systems team, you will engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive, design, and develop innovative production software solutions for products developed for and deployed in Kuiper phased array antennas in LEO satellites and ground terminal products. You will work closely with internal and third-party vendors to develop ATE test programs and tools to support high-volume production test of mm-wave ICs, and generate data analytics / insights into product / system performance and metrics to meet our customers’ needs. You will focus on building modular, device-agnostic scalable test libraries for use in high-volume production. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment.

Key job responsibilities
- Design and develop scalable, reusable ATE software libraries that are device-agnostic to support multiple product variants.
- Implement and optimize RF, digital, and high-speed interface test routines for high-volume manufacturing.
- Participate in the definition and integration of embedded code to accelerate built-in self-tests.
- Create modular, reusable, and scalable test libraries for mm-wave System-on-Chips (SoCs) on ATE platforms such as Teradyne and Advantest.
- Focus on test time reduction while maintaining data integrity and test coverage.
- Define work flows and mechanisms for ATE software version control and release.
- Support global production teams with troubleshooting, updates, and deployment.
