Outbound marketing is an essential lever used to recruit and communicate with sellers to help them reach their growth potential.
We're looking for an experienced, detail-oriented email marketer to build and optimize email programs that inspires brands and 3P sellers to sell with Amazon and adopt tools and services to accelerate their growth. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, A/B experimentation, and measurement of various automated email programs aimed at new seller acquisition, onboarding, and program adoption. You will play a central role in collaborating with internal stakeholders to create and bar raise email campaigns and serve as the subject matter expert on email marketing best practices and governance. Our ideal candidate has expertise in HTML email development across multiple email service providers and must be comfortable fixing email rendering issues for mobile and MS Outlook.
Key job responsibilities
• Create and manage high-quality, automated B2B email programs supporting the new seller journey
• Collaborate with program owners to inform the creation of engaging content including value propositions, incentives, and call to actions
• Develop and optimize segmentation and content personalization strategies for targeted cohorts to drive seller growth
• QA outbound communication to ensure legal and regulatory compliance (CAN-SPAM)
• Define and execute iterative A/B testing to continually improve engagement and impact through optimized messaging and targeting
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for maximum engagement and ROI
• Report on weekly performance and develop meaningful insights and recommendations, sharing learnings with global stakeholders
