Oversees a team providing actionable intelligence to the Avnet Sales organization used for early project discovery, maximize design in/win, increased revenue though more efficient sales support tools. Conducts user research, works closely with platform suppliers to develop roadmaps and identifies trends to support our FAE and Sales teams globally. Develop and execute a “digital” selling strategy. Responsible for platform technology decisions, governance and adoption rate for CRM, CDP, and AI. Principal Responsibilities: Drives efficiencies and speed through our sales organization’s competitive intelligence from multiple sources, including the identification and management of new and existing sources. Oversees CRM responsibility for lead generation, design registration process, future strategy, platforms, change management, and roadmap. Responsible for building customer 360 view and governance of 360 view data and sales visualization of 360 data. Partners with other digital teams to ensure alignment with business priorities and challenges. Proactively provides recommendations for UX approaches and solutions that will address business needs. Enables teams to effectively qualify potential new client engagements and new opportunities with existing clients by developing qualification processes, providing evaluative tools, and advising on the viability of such engagements. Process optimization of business intelligence activities to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) of efforts and improve cost to serve. Support corporate strategy team as a contributing member to drive transformation in supply chain, inventory, procurement, mergers and acquisitions, and related business activities. Collaborates with senior/executive management concerning matters of significance to the company. Actively engages with and conducts frequent briefings for senior/executive management and/or key external contacts. Regularly develops brand new concepts, processes, and technologies Develops information and technology, which advances knowledge in the field. Discovers unique solutions for technological challenges and/or advancements in an industry. Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence individuals and groups across and within the Avnet enterprise with particular emphasis on successes at the highest executive levels. Technology platform knowledge around CRM and Data Work Experience: In-depth Electronics Distribution industry knowledge. Typically, 12+ years including 8+ years in the electronic components or distribution industries Education and Certification(s): Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from which comparable knowledge and job skills can be obtained.
