Position Responsibilities:
Gather, research, and define product and business requirements, write detailed functional specifications, and coordinate efforts to scope, schedule, and deploy new feature sets, innovations, and opportunities based on specific market segments and targeted customers. Expand and enhance technical offerings and/or cloud-based business growth and analyze cost/benefit of feature selection. Manage the IT and/or cloud-based product lifecycle and best practices from strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution. Create awareness and increase service adoption for the target market segments and increase sales by leading calls with key customers. Create tools to support the success of the sales team and help identify opportunities to increase that success. Develop and interpret information to assist management with decision-making, policy formulation, and related managerial functions. Ensure that sales and partner teams have what they need to be successful through the strategic product roadmap planning, campaign development, feature requirements generation, and tactical go-to-market planning and execution.
Position Requirements:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and two years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation. Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field and five years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or a related occupation as equivalent to the Master's degree and two years of experience. Must have one year of experience in the following skill(s): (1) owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple teams; (2) prioritizing complex deliverables while understanding technical concepts, managing trade-offs, and leading meetings with technical and business leaders; (3) utilizing data to manage metrics, drive process improvements, and implement business cases; and (4) software product management.
