We are a high-volume inbound Seller recruitment and business development organization; we drive growth of over $2B through seller recruitment and program adoption. We are looking for a talented Leader to scale our Self-Service Registration inbound recruitment program. We are looking for an analytical thinker who has leadership experience, and will be excited to execute upon core KPIs, plans, processes and programs for our 3P Seller business. We need a leader who can work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and utilize their great communication skills to build and manage a top performing sales support and operations team.
The ideal candidate is an effective listener, communicator, problem-solver and people leader. He or she will consistently balance the needs and requirements of both Amazon and our strategic Sellers. A successful Manager of Account Reps is comfortable engaging some of Amazon’s most important Partners and Sellers, as well as internal cross-functional teams with high visibility.
Key job responsibilities
- Will be a self-starter with a passion for product, a high level of flexibility and commitment, and must be able to:
- Execute goals and strategic direction for the team ensuring alignment with broader business goals and vision.
- Conduct deep dive analytics on issues affecting Seller business performance and provide the Voice of the Seller as an input into product development and process improvement
- Analyze trends, diagnose root cause of performance and create actionable plans for operational improvements
- Become a thought leader in identifying success criteria and understand business needs of Sellers in an ever-changing business environment
- Partner with internal teams including Category Management, Data Science, Tech and Learning & Development to align programs and initiatives to drive growth in our existing Seller base
- Successfully manage and develop a team of Account Representatives
