We are looking for an Implementation Manager (IM) with a strong delivery record and deep program management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional operations and technology projects.
An Implementation Manager is responsible for leading end-to-end project and program management of JWO Third-Party (3P) infrastructure deployments in the form of 3P customer store development and launches, while also supporting strategic growth of the JWO
program. An IM serves as the single-threaded owner of active 3P JWO infrastructure deployments and primary internal and external
point of leadership, support, advocacy, and escalation. As an IM, you will also focus on leading new tech initiatives driven by customer need and identifies and drives time and cost savings opportunities for ProServe and partner teams.
Key job responsibilities
This role is the primary customer-facing project manager for third-party Just Walk Out-enabled stores. It requires working with business teams across Amazon to gather requirements and high level process/system solutions; leading cross-functional business and retail store operations teams and managing the timelines for internal and external teams to support store launches. This position involves regular communication with leadership teams on status, risks and change control. Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential. This role requires up to 10% travel, supporting internal business gatherings along with customer-facing meetings and site visits.
The ideal candidate is customer focused, a natural problem solver and a great communicator, both in verbal and written form. You have a consistent track record of successful project delivery under tight deadlines while making high-judgement, data-driven trade-offs and prioritization decisions in an ambiguous environment. This role requires a high level of ownership over the store launch process. You are capable of taking accountability, but also know how to see around the corners and ask for help in resolving issues and problems as necessary.
