At Amazon, the Last Mile Technology group is responsible for envisioning and developing cutting edge complex initiatives in delivering packages to our customers as fast and as cost effectively as possible. We own the software that enables global package delivery for parcels, ultra-fast delivery and Groceries.
The role
Our team is seeking a proven Sr. Manager of Technical Program Managers with a strong product and technology focus to lead our multi-disciplinary programs in Last Mile PRISM (Program, Risk, Integration and Strategic Management) team and build robust scalable solution across several VP organizations spanning Routing, Geospatial tech, Amazon Flex, Amazon DSP, Payments, Legal, PR, Under the roof Tech and Transporter experience. The Seattle based role will be responsible for leading a team of Technical Product and Program managers and the development and deployment of global products at Amazon’s scale. The candidate will collaborate closely with software and hardware engineering, research science, field operations, supply chain, and safety, legal and finance. The candidate will execute on the existing product strategy and think big to innovate for better customer experience. The candidate must be able hire and develop Senior TPMs and clearly communicate tradeoffs between costs, resources, risks, and timelines to senior leadership.
