Project Kuiper is an initiative to increase global broadband access through a constellation of 3,236 satellites in low Earth orbit (LEO). Its mission is to bring fast, affordable broadband to unserved and underserved communities around the world. Project Kuiper will help close the digital divide by delivering fast, affordable broadband to a wide range of customers, including consumers, businesses, government agencies, and other organizations operating in places without reliable connectivity.
As a Systems TPM on the Kuiper Global Enterprise Services team you will be working directly with customers to enable Kuiper broadband service at their location, orchestrating all required activities to integrate, activate the service and train the customer to operate it. You will also support partners and system integrators who work closely with Kuiper to deploy and validate our LEO satellite solutions, providing best practices and resolving critical escalations.
In this role, you will provide the customer-facing technical expertise required for all Enterprise engagements after contract signature. This dedicated team enhances customer experience and accelerate revenue realization by streamlining complexity during the implementation, installation, integration, and testing processes. You will collaborate with engineering, product management, and business development leaders to introduce customers to private preview and beta demonstrations.
You will develop system integration best practices, processes, and tools to ensure solution deployment can be documented, automated, and scaled to additional enterprise customers globally. This position may require access to information, technology, or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Employment in this position is contingent upon obtaining any required export licenses or other approvals from the United States government. As such, the successful candidate must be eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on their nationality, citizenship, and any other factors considered by the applicable export control regulations.

About the team
You will be joining a team focused on implementing mechanisms that support for delivery of services globally for all of the customers. As a member of the GES team, you will work with other internal and external-facing roles: Customer Care Team, Customer Success Managers (CSMs), Terrestrial Engineering, Product Management, Business Development (BD), and Solutions Architects (SAs).

Basic qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics with 3-5 years’ experience
• Experience with IP networking and wireless technologies and testing these technologies
• Design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
• Specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics) experience
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
• Experience communicating across technical and non-technical audiences, including executive level stakeholders or clients
Preferred qualifications
• Experience delivering enterprise connectivity solutions including HW
• Experience working within software development or Internet-related industries
• Experience working as a Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Systems Engineer preferably in wireless cellular or satellite technology
• Certifications and/or relevant work experience deploying cloud-native applications and microservices for enterprise IT workloads, preferably on AWS
• Familiar with field installation best practices, lab test equipment, and back-office integration
• Working experience with (wireless) networking software stack and troubleshooting different layers of the stack.
