Sanborn, Head & Associates, a leading engineering and geosciences consulting firm focusing on earth, energy, and the environment, is seeking a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to drive marketing and business development initiatives across our seven office locations. This hybrid role offers flexibility with both remote work and in-office collaboration at our headquarters in Bedford, NH and/or our Boston, MA office.

Essential Functions – What You Will Do
- Leading the development and production of RFP/RFQ responses and interview presentation materials.
- Support the creation and dissemination of communications materials, including thought leadership items (blog, white papers, etc.), social media content, and website information.
- Creating and updating technical marketing collateral, including staff bios, case studies, and company capabilities statements.
- Strategizing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
- Developing and tracking KPIs for business development activities and campaign performance.
- Maintaining and optimizing CRM database and lead management systems.
- Organizing internal knowledge-sharing sessions and client-facing events.
- Conducting competitive analysis as well as client and market research.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure consistent marketing execution across all office locations.
- Supporting event marketing initiatives, including setup, engagement strategies, and on-site coordination.

Competencies – What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field strongly desired.
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in AEC (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) or professional services industries.
- Exceptional organizational and project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to handle multiple deadlines.
- Strong business writing and presentation skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop) preferred.
- Strong sense of design with applicable graphic design skills.
- Demonstrated team player with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders, including principals, consultants, and clients.
Physical Requirements
- Work is mainly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
- Sedentary work requiring long periods of sitting.
- Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers is required.
- Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
- Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, up to 20 pounds.
