Our Disability & Leave Services organization is seeking a Product Manager - Technical to deliver intuitive and differentiated technology solutions that solve enduring accessibility and access challenges.
As a Product Manager - Technical you will take a technology-first approach to how accessible experiences are built and deployed, and to wipe out systemic barriers to direct access. You will work closely with a dedicated engineering team, scientists, UX, and customers to build and scale innovative, data-driven technology solutions that support Amazon’s global talent strategy. You will influence internal and external stakeholders, and manage cross-functional programs. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, and help prioritize amidst ambitious goals and timelines.

Key job responsibilities
- Own the vision and delivery of the product and its features. Draft documents that work backwards from our customers (PR FAQ) to describe key objectives, execution strategies, goals, and incremental milestones.
- Design and deliver innovative AI-powered accessibility solutions using machine learning, computer vision, and natural language processing
- Define and maintain a prioritized backlog of our initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams to understand feasibility and applicable technical approaches for items in the backlog.
- Write feature requirements, review technical designs, and work across teams to craft disruptive solutions for complex problems.
- Build and execute internal go-to-market strategies for new products and features.
- Review product roadmaps across internally-facing builder teams at Amazon, and draft proposals for the best way to merge accessibility requirements within those roadmaps.
